My husband and I decided on no gifts, just a dinner out this past Saturday. And so like any good Crazy lady, I have been torturing myself wondering whether I’ll get a surprise gift anyway!
And then, again since I am crazy, I realized that’s basically the plot of that episode of The Office where Pam is still with Roy and they’re trying to save money so they decided not to spend too much and he gets her nothing and she’s very sad. And then I freaked out about whether I MARRIED ROY. Of course I was able to talk myself down and snap out of it, but it was touch and go for a while there.
I do love my husband. I should maybe just go ahead and buy myself a waffle iron.
