Milestone
I hid my scale in a closet. I’ve been weighing myself 2 or more times a day for years. I’ve always known that’s really really bad. But it became a reflex, plus it gave me a sense of control (and of course I’m always looking for more of that!) But yesterday, out of the blue, I was like “I think this should stop now” and I put it in the linen closet with a goal of going down to a weekly weigh-in. So I should not, under any circumstances, get that thing out until next week Wednesday.
